Hello, Light Wizards! This Bazaar episode is relaying to you my realizations of how the loss of my mother when I was thirteen year's old created habits of isolation and binge eating. Unfortunately, we do not have the luxury to take a month off from our responsibilities to truly mourn the loss of a loved one. We are pushed into resuming our daily lives which births a mechanism of blocking out memories through compartmentalization along with isolation. This overlays onto our personal relationships when there is a natural dissolving of a relationship or reacting to a disagreement leading to cutting off the other person. Binge eating on unhealthy foods provides us with a distraction so we do not healthily grieve - we are met with the rush of unnatural flavors then left depleted of nutrition and energy.
